アプリ

App / application

「アプリケーション（application）」を短くした呼び方です。スマホやパソコンで、ゲーム、地図、写真、脳活など、何かをするためのソフトです。

Short for “application”. It is software used to do something on a phone or computer, such as play a game, view a map or use Shizuka Noukatsu.

スマホ

Smartphone

「スマートフォン」を短くした呼び方です。電話だけでなく、Webを見たりアプリを使ったりできる小さなコンピューターです。

Short for “smartphone”: a small computer that can make calls, browse the web and run apps.

パソコン

PC / personal computer

「パーソナルコンピューター」を短くした日本語の呼び方です。WindowsパソコンやMacなどがあります。

A Japanese abbreviation for “personal computer”. Windows PCs and Macs are examples.

Web（ウェブ）

Web

インターネットを使って、ブラウザでページを見る仕組みです。「Web」はクモの巣という意味の英語で、たくさんのページがリンクでつながる様子から名づけられました。

A system for viewing linked pages through a browser over the internet. The name “web” comes from the idea of many pages connected like a spider web.

Webサイト

Website

いくつものWebページをひとまとめにした場所です。ShinoForgeはWebサイトです。

A collection of web pages that belong together. ShinoForge is a website.

インターネット

Internet

世界中のスマホやパソコン、サーバーなどをつないで、情報をやり取りできる大きな通信の仕組みです。Webやメールは、この仕組みを使います。

The large network that connects computers, phones and servers around the world. The web and email use it.

ソフトウェア（ソフト）

Software

スマホやパソコンに「何をするか」を教えるものです。アプリ、OS、ゲームなどもソフトウェアです。「ソフト」と短く呼ぶことがあります。

Instructions and programs that tell a phone or computer what to do. Apps, operating systems and games are software.

プログラム

Program

コンピューターにしてほしいことを、順番に書いた命令の集まりです。アプリは、たくさんのプログラムやデータを組み合わせて作られます。

A set of instructions telling a computer what to do. Apps are made from programs and data.

データ

Data

文字、数字、画像、音、設定、記録など、コンピューターが扱う情報をまとめて呼ぶ言葉です。

A general word for information handled by computers, such as text, numbers, images, sounds, settings and records.

ファイル

File

文章、画像、音、設定などのデータを、1つのまとまりとして保存したものです。写真1枚やPDF1冊もファイルです。

A saved bundle of data, such as one photo, one document or one settings file.

フォルダ

Folder

ファイルを整理して入れておく「箱」のようなものです。フォルダの中に別のフォルダを入れることもできます。

A container used to organise files. A folder can also contain other folders.

リンク

Link

押したりクリックしたりすると、別のページや場所へ移動できる文字やボタンです。

Text or a button that takes you to another page or place when selected.

ボタン

Button

押すと何かが起きる画面上の部品です。「はじめる」「戻る」「保存」などがあります。

A control on the screen that performs an action when pressed, such as Start, Back or Save.

タップ

Tap

スマホやタブレットの画面を、指で1回軽く触る操作です。

Touching a phone or tablet screen once with a finger.

クリック

Click

主にパソコンで、マウスのボタンを押して画面上のものを選ぶ操作です。

Selecting something on a computer, usually by pressing a mouse button.

メール

Email

インターネットを使って送る手紙のようなものです。`name@example.com` のようなメールアドレスを使います。

A message sent over the internet. It uses an email address such as name@example.com.

アカウント

Account

Webサービスなどで「この人の利用場所」を分けるための登録情報です。名前、メールアドレス、IDなどを使うことがあります。

A registered identity used by a service to keep one person’s use separate from another’s.

ID

ID / identifier

「Identifier（アイデンティファイアー）」などの意味で使われる、見分けるための名前や番号です。サービスによってはログイン名として使います。

A name or number used to identify something or someone. Some services use an ID as a sign-in name.

パスワード

Password

本人だけが知っていることを前提に使う秘密の合言葉です。他人には教えません。

A secret word or string used to prove access. It should not be shared with other people.

バージョン

Version

アプリやファイルが、どの時点のものかを区別する番号や名前です。たとえば「v1.37」のように書くことがあります。

A number or name used to distinguish one release of an app or file from another, such as v1.37.

更新（アップデート）

Update

アプリやWebページを、新しい内容に入れ替えることです。不具合を直したり、機能を足したりします。

Replacing software or a page with a newer version, often to fix problems or add features.

ダウンロード

Download

インターネットなど向こう側にあるファイルを、自分の端末へ受け取ることです。

Receiving a file from the internet or another system onto your own device.

アップロード

Upload

自分の端末にあるファイルを、Webサービスなど向こう側へ送ることです。

Sending a file from your device to a website or another system.

インストール

Install

アプリやソフトを、その端末で使えるように入れて準備することです。PWAはホーム画面へ追加することで、アプリに近い使い方ができます。

Putting software onto a device so it can be used. A PWA can be added to a home screen for an app-like experience.

コンピューター

Computer

文字や数字などの情報を受け取り、決められた命令にしたがって計算や表示をする機械です。スマホやパソコンの中にもコンピューターがあります。

A machine that follows instructions to process information. Phones and PCs contain computers.

保存

Save / store

あとで使えるように、データを端末やファイルなどへ残しておくことです。

Keeping data so it can be used again later, for example on a device or in a file.

ホーム画面

Home screen

スマホを開いたときに、アプリのアイコンなどが並んでいる最初の画面です。PWAをここへ追加することがあります。

The main screen on a phone where app icons are shown. A PWA can often be added here.

アプリストア

App store

スマホ用のアプリを探したり入れたりするためのサービスです。iPhoneのApp StoreやAndroidのGoogle Playなどがあります。

A service used to find and install phone apps, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

ベータ版

Beta

完成版の前に、実際に使ってもらいながら直している途中の版です。「おためし公開中」に近い意味です。静かな脳活は現在ベータ版なので、今後、見た目や機能が変わることがあります。

A version released before the final version so it can be tried and improved. 静かな脳活 is currently in beta, so features and appearance may still change.

セッション

Session

「はじめる」を押してから結果を見るまでの、1回分の脳活のことです。

One complete round of brain-training, from pressing Start until the results are shown.

履歴

History

前に遊んだ日の結果を残した記録です。静かな脳活では、主にこの端末の中に保存します。

A record of results from earlier sessions. 静かな脳活 mainly stores this on the device you are using.

Device

いま使っているスマートフォン、タブレット、パソコンなどのことです。

The phone, tablet, computer or other device you are using.

ブラウザ

Browser

Webページを見るためのアプリです。Safari、Chrome、Edge、Firefoxなどがあります。静かな脳活はブラウザでも動きます。

An app used to view websites, such as Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. 静かな脳活 can run in a browser.

OS

Operating system

「Operating System（オペレーティング・システム）」の略です。スマホやパソコン全体を動かしている基本のソフトで、iPhoneのiOS、Android、Windowsなどがあります。

Short for Operating System: the basic software that runs a phone or computer, such as iOS, Android or Windows.

PWA

Progressive Web App

「Progressive Web App（プログレッシブ・ウェブ・アプリ）」の略です。Webページをホーム画面から、普通のアプリに近い感じで開ける仕組みです。もとはWebページなので、アプリストアから入れるアプリとは少し違います。

Short for Progressive Web App: a website that can be used in an app-like form, often from a home-screen icon.

設定

Settings

文字の大きさ、画面の明るい・暗い表示、音など、自分の使いやすい形に変えるための項目です。

Options that let you change things such as text size, light or dark appearance, and sound.

脳活の問題に出てくる言葉

Puzzle terms

組み合わせ計算

Combination math

答えになるように、2つの数字を選ぶ計算問題です。たとえば「○＋○＝10」に合う数字を選びます。

A math puzzle where you choose two numbers that make the shown answer, such as filling the two blanks in “○ + ○ = 10”.

数字記憶

Number memory

少しの間だけ出る数字を見て覚え、消えたあとに同じ順番で答える問題です。

A puzzle where you look at a number briefly, remember it, and enter the same sequence after it disappears.

色判定

Colour judgement

文字そのものではなく「文字の色」を答えたり、逆に色を無視して「書いてある文字」を答えたりする問題です。つい読んでしまう頭の動きをおさえて答えます。

A puzzle where you sometimes answer the colour of a word and sometimes the written word itself, while ignoring the other information.

短文記憶

Short-text memory

短い文を少しの間見て覚え、あとで同じ文を選ぶ問題です。一字一句を暗記する試験ではありません。

A puzzle where you briefly view a short sentence and later choose the same sentence. It is not a word-for-word memorisation test.

順番タップ

Sequence tap

数字が出た順番を覚え、あとで同じ順番にタップする問題です。

A puzzle where you remember the order in which numbers appeared and tap them in the same order.

数の大小

Larger or smaller number

2つの数字をくらべて、大きいほう、または小さいほうを選ぶ問題です。

A puzzle where you compare two numbers and choose the larger or smaller one.

ことば選び

Word choice

お題に合う言葉を、いくつかの候補から選ぶ問題です。

A puzzle where you choose the word that best matches the prompt.

かたち順番

Shape sequence

○、△、□などの形が出た順番を覚え、あとで同じ順番に選ぶ問題です。

A puzzle where you remember the order of shapes such as circles, triangles and squares, then select them in the same order.

数列推理

Number-sequence reasoning

ならんでいる数字の変わり方にルールを見つけて、「次は何になるか」を考える問題です。たとえば、2ずつ増える、交互にルールが変わる、などがあります。

A puzzle where you find the rule in a sequence of numbers and work out what comes next.

図形マトリクス

Shape matrix

四角いマスに並んだ図形を見て、形、向き、数、ぬり方などのルールを見つけ、空いている場所に入る図形を選ぶ問題です。「マトリクス」は、ここではマス目の並びという意味です。

A grid puzzle where you look for rules involving shape, direction, number or fill, then choose what belongs in the empty cell.

関係の類推

Analogy reasoning

「指は手の一部」「葉は木の一部」のように、2つのものの“つながり方”を見つけて、同じつながりになる答えを選ぶ問題です。

A puzzle where you identify how two things are related and choose another pair with the same relationship.

論理推理

Logic reasoning

書いてある条件を順番に整理して、そこから必ず言える答えを考える問題です。知らない知識を当てるクイズではありません。

A puzzle where you organise the stated conditions and work out the answer that must follow from them.

画像記憶（画像の遅延再認）

Image memory / delayed recognition

最初に4つの画像を見て覚えます。そのあと別の問題をして、少し時間がたってから「最初に見た画像はどれ？」と選びます。「遅延」は少し時間をあけること、「再認」は見たものを候補から見つけることです。

You first remember four images, complete other puzzles, then later choose which images you saw. “Delayed” means there is a gap, and “recognition” means identifying something you saw before.

正確さ

Accuracy

その回の問題で、どのくらい正しく答えられたかを見るための数字です。IQや健康状態を表す数字ではありません。

A number showing how many answers were correct in that session. It is not an IQ score or a health measurement.

反応時間

Reaction time

問題が出てから答えるまでにかかった時間です。静かな脳活では参考として表示するだけで、医療検査の数字ではありません。

The time between seeing a question and answering it. In 静かな脳活 it is only a reference value, not a medical test result.

難易度

Difficulty

問題のむずかしさのことです。やさしい問題と、少し考える問題を分けるために使います。

How easy or hard a puzzle is.

BGM

Background music

遊んでいる間に小さく流す背景の音楽です。Background Musicの頭文字です。静かな脳活では、使うか使わないかを選べます。

Music that quietly plays in the background while you use the app. BGM stands for Background Music, and it is optional in 静かな脳活.

低刺激

Low-stimulation display

動きや強い見た目を少なくして、画面をできるだけ落ち着かせる表示です。

A calmer display mode that reduces motion and strong visual effects.

Storage and data terms

端末内保存

On-device storage

記録をインターネットの向こうへ送らず、いま使っているスマホやパソコンの中に置いておくことです。

Keeping data on the phone or computer you are using instead of automatically sending it to an online server.

IndexedDB

ブラウザの中にある、大きめの「データ用の引き出し」です。Indexed Database（索引をつけて扱えるデータベース）という仕組みで、静かな脳活では主に履歴を保存します。

A larger data drawer built into the browser. It is a browser database used by Shizuka Noukatsu mainly to store history.

localStorage

ブラウザの中にある、小さな「設定用のメモ箱」です。文字サイズや音など、小さな設定を覚えておくのに向いています。

A small storage box built into the browser, useful for remembering settings such as appearance or sound.

JSON

「JavaScript Object Notation（ジャバスクリプト・オブジェクト・ノーテーション）」の略です。データを決まった書き方の文字として保存する形式で、静かな脳活では履歴の書き出し・読み込みに使います。

Short for JavaScript Object Notation, a text format for structured data. Shizuka Noukatsu uses it when exporting and importing history.

バックアップ

Backup

もし元の記録が消えても困らないように、別に取っておく控えのことです。

A spare copy kept so you still have your data if the original is lost.

書き出し（エクスポート）

Export

アプリの中にある記録を、外にファイルとして取り出すことです。静かな脳活では履歴をJSONファイルにできます。

Taking data out of the app and saving it as a file. 静かな脳活 can export history as JSON files.

読み込み（インポート）

Import

前に書き出したファイルを、アプリの中へ取り込むことです。

Bringing a previously exported file back into the app.

端末内保存の永続化

Persistent storage

ブラウザに「このデータはできるだけ勝手に消さないでください」とお願いする仕組みです。許可されても、端末の故障や手動削除まで防げるわけではありません。

A browser feature that asks the browser to avoid automatically removing stored data where possible. It cannot protect against device failure or manual deletion.

サーバー

Server

インターネットの向こう側で、Webページやデータを渡すコンピュータです。静かな脳活は、成績や履歴を運営者のサーバーへ自動送信しません。

A computer on the internet that provides web pages or data. 静かな脳活 does not automatically send your scores or history to the operator’s server.

クラウド

Cloud

自分の端末の中ではなく、インターネット上のサービスにデータを置くことを、まとめて「クラウド」と呼ぶことがあります。

A general term for storing or using data on internet services rather than only on your own device.

クラウド同期

Cloud sync

スマホとパソコンなど、複数の端末のデータをインターネット経由で同じ状態にそろえる仕組みです。静かな脳活では現在この機能を使いません。

A feature that keeps data on multiple devices in step through the internet. 静かな脳活 does not currently use cloud sync.

SDK

Software Development Kit

「Software Development Kit（ソフトウェア・デベロップメント・キット）」の略です。アプリに機能を足すための「道具箱」で、部品や便利な命令がひとまとめになっています。静かな脳活では広告SDK・トラッキングSDK・クラッシュレポートSDKを使っていません。

Short for Software Development Kit: a toolkit developers can add to an app to provide features. Shizuka Noukatsu does not use advertising, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs.

アプリの中に広告を出すための道具箱です。広告を選ぶための情報を扱うものもあります。静かな脳活では使用していません。

A toolkit used to show advertising inside an app. Some may also process information used to choose ads. 静かな脳活 does not use one.

トラッキングSDK

Tracking SDK

「どの画面を見たか」「どんな操作をしたか」など、利用のしかたを追いかけて記録するための道具箱です。静かな脳活では使用していません。

A toolkit used to follow and record how an app is used, such as which screens are viewed or actions are taken. 静かな脳活 does not use one.

クラッシュレポートSDK

Crash-reporting SDK

アプリが急に止まったときに、「どこで止まったか」などの不具合情報を開発者へ送るための道具箱です。静かな脳活では使用していません。

A toolkit that can send technical information to developers when an app unexpectedly stops. 静かな脳活 does not use one.

Cookie

Webサイトがブラウザに置く、小さなメモのようなデータです。ログイン状態を覚えたり、サイトの利用を調べたりするために使われることがあります。Cloudflare Web Analyticsは、静かな脳活で個人を追いかけるためにCookieを使いません。

A small piece of data a website can store in a browser, often used to remember states or measure site use. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to track individuals in 静かな脳活.

アクセス解析

Web analytics

「ページがどのくらい見られたか」「表示が遅くないか」など、サイト全体の使われ方を知るための集計です。

Aggregated measurement used to understand things such as how often pages are viewed and whether they load slowly.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

静かな脳活のページがどのくらい見られているか、表示が遅くないかなどを確認するために使うアクセス解析です。ゲームの答え、成績、履歴そのものを送る仕組みではありません。

The analytics service used to understand visits and page performance for 静かな脳活. It is not used to send puzzle answers, scores or history.

個人追跡（トラッキング）

Personal tracking

同じ人の行動を続けて追いかけ、「この人はこのページを見た」などと結びつけていくことです。

Following the same person’s activity over time and linking actions back to that person or browser.

同意記録

Consent record

利用規約とプライバシーポリシーを確認して同意したことを、この端末の中で覚えておく記録です。本人確認書類のような証明ではありません。

A local record that remembers that the terms and privacy policy were accepted on this device. It is not proof of identity.

このアプリを使うときのルールを書いた文書です。何ができるか、何を保証しないかなどを説明します。

A document explaining the rules for using the app, including what is allowed and what is not guaranteed.

プライバシーポリシー

Privacy Policy

どんな情報を保存するか、外へ送る情報があるか、問い合わせ情報をどう扱うかなどを説明する文書です。

A document explaining what information is stored, what may be sent externally, and how contact information is handled.

使用許諾

Licence to use

「このアプリを、この条件なら使ってよいですよ」という利用の許可です。アプリそのものの著作権をもらう、という意味ではありません。

Permission to use the app under stated conditions. It does not mean ownership of the app or its copyright is transferred to the user.

アプリ内課金

In-app purchase

アプリの中でお金を払って機能や内容を買う仕組みです。静かな脳活のベータ版では使っていません。

A way to pay for features or content from inside an app. The beta version of 静かな脳活 does not use in-app purchases.

配信基盤

Delivery platform

アプリやWebページを利用者へ届けるための仕組みやサービスのことです。

The systems or services used to deliver an app or website to users.

個人情報

Personal information

名前、住所、電話番号など、「だれのことか分かる」手がかりになる情報です。1つだけでは分からなくても、ほかの情報と組み合わせると本人が分かることもあります。

Information that can help identify a person, such as a name, address or phone number. Sometimes several pieces of information can identify someone when combined.

Webフォーム

Web form

Webページの中にある入力欄です。名前や文章を書いて「送信」を押すと、サイト側へ内容を送れる仕組みです。ShinoForgeのサイトには、個人情報を送る問い合わせフォームは置いていません。

Boxes on a web page where you type information and press Submit to send it to the website. ShinoForge does not provide a contact form for sending personal information.

ログイン情報

Login information

サービスに入るために使うID、メールアドレス、パスワードなどの情報です。

Information used to sign in to a service, such as an ID, email address or password.

広告識別子

Advertising identifier

広告サービスが、同じ端末を見分けるために使う番号のようなものです。広告の表示や効果測定に使われることがあります。

A value that advertising services may use to recognise the same device, for example when choosing ads or measuring their performance.

プロファイリング

Profiling

見たページや行動などを集めて、「この人はこういうことに興味がありそう」と特徴をまとめることです。

Building a picture of a person's likely interests or characteristics from information such as pages viewed or actions taken.

利用データ

Usage data

アプリやサイトをどう使ったかについての情報です。たとえば、開いた画面、操作した時刻、エラーの記録などが利用データに含まれる場合があります。

Information about how an app or website is used, which can include screens opened, times of actions or error records.

ホスティング

Hosting

Webサイトのファイルをインターネット上に置き、みんなが見られるようにする仕組みです。お店でたとえるなら、Webサイトを置く「土地や建物」に近い役目です。

A service that keeps website files online so people can visit the site. It is a little like the place where a website lives.

ホスティング事業者

Hosting provider

ホスティングの仕組みを提供している会社やサービスです。ShinoForgeのサイトではCloudflare Pagesを使っています。

A company or service that provides hosting. ShinoForge uses Cloudflare Pages for this website.

IPアドレス

IP address

「IP」は Internet Protocol（インターネット・プロトコル）の略です。IPアドレスは、インターネットで通信を届けるための「届け先の番号」のような情報です。家の住所そのものではありません。

IP stands for Internet Protocol. An IP address is like a delivery number used to route internet traffic; it is not the same as a home address.

ページビュー

Page view

Webページが表示された回数のことです。たとえば同じページを3回開けば、複数のページビューとして数えられることがあります。

A count of page displays. Opening the same page several times may produce several page views.

Core Web Vitals

Webページが「どれくらい速く見えるか」「操作したときに反応しやすいか」「表示がガタッと動かないか」などを調べるための目安です。

Measurements that help show whether a web page loads quickly, responds well to interaction, and stays visually stable.

参照元（リファラー）

Referrer

あるページへ来る直前に、どのページやサイトから移動してきたかを示す情報です。ブラウザやサイトの設定によっては送られないこともあります。

Information that can indicate which page or site a visitor came from. It may be limited or omitted depending on browser and site settings.

User Agent

ブラウザが通信するときに伝える、ブラウザやOSの種類などの情報です。「Safariを使っている」「iPhone系の環境」といった技術的な手がかりになることがあります。

Technical information a browser may send about the browser and operating system being used.

第三者

Third party

利用者本人とShinoForge以外の人・会社・サービスのことです。規約やプライバシーポリシーでは、この意味で使います。

A person, company or service other than the user and ShinoForge.

外部リンク・外部サービス

External link / external service

ShinoForgeとは別のサイトやサービスへ移動するリンクや、その移動先のサービスです。たとえばGitHubへのリンクがこれに当たります。

A link to, or a service operated by, another website or provider, such as GitHub.

法令

Laws and regulations

国や地域で決められている法律やルールのことです。

Rules established by a country, region or public authority.

公序良俗

Public order and morals

社会で守ることが期待される基本的な秩序や良識、という意味で使われる言葉です。規約では「法律に書いていなくても、社会的に大きく問題のある使い方はしないでください」という趣旨を含みます。

A legal-style phrase referring to basic social order and acceptable conduct.

不正アクセス

Unauthorised access

許可されていないのに、システムやデータへ入り込もうとすることです。

Trying to access a system or data without permission.

改ざん

Tampering

本来の内容を、許可なく書き換えたり変えたりすることです。

Changing content or data without permission.

知的財産

Intellectual property

文章、画像、音楽、プログラムなど、人が作ったものに関係する権利をまとめて呼ぶ言葉です。

A broad term for rights connected to created works such as text, images, music and software.

著作権

Copyright

文章、画像、プログラムなどを作った人の作品を守るための権利です。何でも自由にコピーしてよい、という意味ではないことを示します。

Rights that protect original works such as writing, images and software.

権利者

Rights holder

著作権などの権利を持っている人や会社のことです。

A person or organisation that owns rights such as copyright.

ライセンス

Licence

「この作品やプログラムを、こういう条件なら使ってよい」と決めた利用条件です。無料で見られるものでも、ライセンスの条件がなくなるわけではありません。

Conditions that say how a work or piece of software may be used.

MIT License

ソフトウェアでよく使われるライセンスの1つです。条件を守れば、利用・変更・再配布などを広く認める、とても短いライセンスとして知られています。

A widely used software licence that permits broad use, modification and redistribution when its conditions are followed.

ライブラリ（ソフトウェア）

Software library

よく使う機能を、ほかのプログラムから使えるようにまとめた部品です。毎回すべてをゼロから作らなくてよくなります。

アクセストークン

Access token

サービスから一時的または継続的に「この操作をしてよい」と認められたことを示す文字列です。盗まれると本人の代わりに操作される場合があるので、秘密にします。

A value showing that certain actions have been authorised. It should be kept secret because someone who obtains it may be able to act with those permissions.

HTML

「HyperText Markup Language（ハイパーテキスト・マークアップ・ランゲージ）」の略です。Webページの「骨組み」を作るための書き方で、見出し、文章、ボタンなど、ページに何があるかを決めます。

Short for HyperText Markup Language. It provides the structure of a web page, such as headings, text and buttons.

CSS

「Cascading Style Sheets（カスケーディング・スタイル・シート）」の略です。Webページの色、文字の大きさ、枠、並び方など「見た目」を決めます。

JavaScript

SHA-256

「Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit（セキュア・ハッシュ・アルゴリズム 256ビット）」という方式の名前です。ファイルから作る、とても長い「指紋のような値」で、中身が変わると通常は値も変わります。同じファイルか確かめる手がかりに使えます。

A member of the Secure Hash Algorithm family that produces a 256-bit value. It acts like a long fingerprint for checking whether file contents match.

IQ・認知機能という言葉について

IQ and cognitive-function terms

IQ

Intelligence Quotient（知能指数）の略です。決められた方法で行う知能検査の結果から計算される数字です。静かな脳活の点数や正確さはIQではありません。

Short for Intelligence Quotient, a score derived from a properly administered intelligence test. Scores and accuracy in 静かな脳活 are not IQ scores.

IQテスト・知能検査

人の知的な力を調べるために、決められた方法と基準で行う検査です。静かな脳活には似た考え方のパズルがありますが、正式なIQテストや知能検査ではありません。

認知機能

覚える、注意する、考える、判断する、場所や形をとらえる、言葉を使う、などの頭のはたらきをまとめた言い方です。

A broad term for mental abilities such as remembering, paying attention, thinking, judging, understanding space and using language.

記憶、注意、考える力などを、決められた方法で専門的に確認する検査です。静かな脳活は認知機能検査ではありません。

A structured assessment used by professionals to examine areas such as memory, attention and thinking. 静かな脳活 is not a cognitive assessment.

認知症

Dementia

記憶や考える力などに変化が起き、生活に支障が出る状態を表す医療上の言葉です。原因はいろいろあります。静かな脳活の結果だけで、認知症かどうかを判断することはできません。

A medical term for conditions where changes in memory or thinking interfere with daily life. It can have different causes, and 静かな脳活 cannot determine whether someone has dementia.

静かな脳活は、考えたり覚えたりすることを楽しむための娯楽用パズルです。問題の中にはIQテストや認知機能課題に似た考え方を使うものがありますが、正式なIQテスト、知能検査、認知機能検査、医学的検査ではありません。正確さ、反応時間、履歴などから、IQ、知能、認知機能、健康状態、認知症の有無を診断・判定することはできません。

静かな脳活 is a recreational puzzle app for enjoying thinking and memory activities. Some puzzles use ideas similar to IQ or cognitive tasks, but the app is not a standardised IQ, intelligence, cognitive or medical test. Its accuracy, reaction time and history cannot diagnose or determine IQ, intelligence, cognitive function, health status or dementia.
