軽量なApps一覧ページを追加
Added a lightweight Apps directory
- 3D Portfolioを開かなくても制作物を確認できる、軽量なApps一覧ページを追加しました。現在の19作品を一覧できます。
- Added a lightweight Apps page so visitors can browse all 19 current projects without opening the 3D Portfolio.
- HomeとPortfolioからApps一覧へ移動できる導線を追加し、全ページのナビゲーションにもAppsを追加しました。
- Added links to the Apps list from Home and Portfolio, and added Apps to the site-wide navigation.
- Apps一覧はThree.jsやWebGLを使わず、3D Portfolioより軽く閲覧できる構成にしています。
- The Apps list avoids Three.js and WebGL so it stays much lighter than the interactive 3D Portfolio.

連絡先用画像とPortfolioの作品3件を追加
Added a contact image and three works to the portfolio
- Homeに「連絡先用画像」を追加しました。スマートフォンの連絡先写真に使えるシロの画像を、保存または表示から取得できます。
- Added a contact image card to the home page. Shiro's picture can be saved or opened for use as a contact photo on a phone.
- PortfolioにMeishiCraftを追加しました。日本の名刺をレイアウトして、PNG、PDF、印刷まで出せるWindows向けのアプリです。
- Added MeishiCraft to the portfolio, a Windows app for laying out Japanese business cards and exporting them to PNG, PDF, or print.
- PortfolioにQRCodeMakerを追加しました。URL、Wi-Fiの接続情報、連絡先などを読み取り可能なQRコード画像にするWindows向けのアプリです。
- Added QRCodeMaker to the portfolio, a Windows app that turns web addresses, Wi-Fi credentials, contacts, and more into scannable QR code images.
- PortfolioにFavorites_Launcher_iOS_Localを追加しました。Windows版Favorites_Launcherの書き出しを、iPhoneやiPadで開いて編集できる1ファイルのHTMLアプリです。

スマートフォンでのPortfolioの動作を軽量化
Made the portfolio lighter on phones
- スマートフォンでPortfolioの3D演出が重くなる問題を改善しました。スクロールが引っかかりにくくなり、端末が熱くなりにくくなります。
- Fixed the portfolio's 3D sequence running heavily on phones. Scrolling catches less and the device heats up less.
- 操作しなくても演出が自動で進む動きは、これまでどおり残しています。ひととおり進むまでの時間も変わりません。
- The sequence still plays by itself with no input, and it still takes the same time to get through.
- スマートフォンでは、自動再生中にページを実際にスクロールするのをやめ、演出だけを進める方式に変更しました。画面に触れると自動再生が終わり、そのときの場面のまま手動スクロールへ切り替わります。
- On a phone the autoplay now advances the sequence without actually scrolling the page. Touching the screen ends the autoplay and hands over to normal scrolling from the very same point.
- PCでの動作は変えていません。3D演出の見た目、章の進み方、作品の表示もこれまでどおりです。
- Nothing changes on a desktop. The look of the 3D scene, the pace of the chapters, and the work panels are all as they were.

Portfolioの章ナビゲーションを整理
Tidied the portfolio chapter navigation
- Portfolioの3D表示に重なっていた5個の点（章ナビゲーション）を、画面の狭い環境では表示しないようにしました。ラベルを表示する幅がなく、何のための表示か分からなくなっていたためです。
- The five dots sitting over the 3D view on the portfolio - the chapter navigation - are no longer shown on narrow screens, where there was no room for their labels and nothing to say what they were for.
- 章はスクロールすればこれまでどおり順に進みます。ラベル付きの章ナビゲーションは、幅の広い画面ではこれまでどおり表示されます。
- The chapters still come in order as you scroll, and the labelled chapter navigation still appears on wider screens.

アクセス解析（Cloudflare Web Analytics）を導入
Added privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
- サイトの閲覧状況とページの表示性能を確認するため、Cloudflare Web Analytics を導入しました。Core Web Vitals を見られるようにしたので、Portfolioのように描画の負荷が高いページが実際の端末でどう表示されているかを確認できます。
- Added Cloudflare Web Analytics so page views and real-world page performance can be checked. Core Web Vitals are now visible, which shows how a graphics-heavy page like the portfolio actually behaves on real devices.
- Cookieによる個人単位の追跡や、個人を識別するためのプロファイリングは行いません。Google Analytics のような広告・マーケティング目的の解析サービスも使用していません。
- It does not track individuals with cookies or build profiles that identify a person, and no advertising or marketing analytics service such as Google Analytics is used.
- プライバシーポリシーに「アクセス解析について」を追加し、アクセス解析を導入していないとしていた記述を実態に合わせて修正しました。
- Added an Analytics section to the privacy policy and corrected the earlier statement that no analytics was in use.
- 計測用スクリプトの読み込みに必要な範囲で、配信時のセキュリティ設定（Content-Security-Policy）を更新しました。
- Updated the delivery security settings (Content-Security-Policy) by the amount needed to load the measurement script.

- おみくじを英語表示に完全対応し、表示言語を切り替えても同じ抽選結果を保つようにしました。
- Completed the English version of Omikuji and kept the same fortune result when switching languages.
- Portfolioの作品詳細を、キーボードやスクリーンリーダーでも操作しやすくしました。

ポリシー・サポートページを改善
Improved the policy and support pages
- プライバシーポリシーのデータ保存の説明を、実際の動作に合わせて更新しました。ブラウザに保存されるのは、表示言語、表示テーマ、おみくじで選んだ血液型・星座です。
- Updated the privacy policy's description of stored data to match how the site actually works. The browser stores your display language, display theme, and the blood type and zodiac sign chosen in Omikuji.
- 利用規約に、適用範囲、ライセンス、外部サービス、提供内容の変更・終了についての説明を追加しました。
- Added sections on scope, licenses, external services, and changes or discontinuation to the terms of use.
- サポートに、認証情報を送らないための注意と、セキュリティ上の問題を見つけたときの連絡方法を追加しました。
- Added guidance on not sending credentials, and how to report a suspected security problem, to the support page.

フッターに白熊の演出を追加
Added the polar bear scene in the footer
- 各ページのフッターに白熊の演出を追加しました。ページごとに場面が変わります。
- Added a polar bear scene to the footer of each page, with a different setting per page.
- Homeのフッターは360度見渡せる背景になっており、左右のボタンで回せます。
- The footer on the home page shows a background you can look around, with buttons to rotate it left and right.
- 動きは停止ボタンで止められます。端末側で動きを控える設定にしている場合は、最初から静止した状態で表示されます。
- The motion can be stopped with a pause button, and it starts already still if your device is set to reduce motion.
- 演出には代替テキストを添えているため、読み上げ環境でも内容が分かります。
- The scene carries a text description, so it still makes sense with a screen reader.

- USB_checker を追加しました。USB機器の構成変化と打鍵の異常を見るWindows向けの検知ツールです。
- Added USB_checker, a Windows detector for USB configuration changes and typing anomalies.
- Favorites_Launcher を追加しました。登録したYouTubeのリンクを整理して開くランチャーです。
- Added Favorites_Launcher, a launcher that organises saved YouTube links and opens them.
- どちらも現時点ではローカルアーカイブで、未公開であることを明記しています。

星空背景とPortfolioの見え方を改善
Improved the starfield background and portfolio viewing
- ダークテーマの星空背景に、オーロラと天の川を追加しました。
- Added an aurora and the Milky Way to the dark-theme starfield background.
- Portfolioがゆっくり自動でスクロールするようになりました。スクロールやキー操作をすると一時停止し、しばらくすると再開します。
- The portfolio now scrolls slowly on its own. Scrolling or pressing a key pauses it, and it resumes after a moment.
- 端末側で動きを控える設定にしている場合、自動スクロールは動きません。
- Automatic scrolling stays off if your device is set to reduce motion.

Portfolioと星空背景を追加
Added the portfolio and the starfield background
- Portfolioページ「CODE VOID」を追加し、制作物14件を掲載しました。3D表示にはthree.jsを使用し、ライブラリはサイト内に同梱しています。
- Added the portfolio page CODE VOID with 14 works. The 3D view uses three.js, bundled within the site rather than loaded from elsewhere.
- ダークテーマのときに星空の背景が表示されるようになりました。
- A starfield background now appears when the dark theme is active.
- 端末やブラウザがダークモードのときは、最初からダークテーマで表示されます。URLで言語とテーマを指定することもできます。
- The dark theme is used from the start when your device or browser prefers it, and the language and theme can also be set from the URL.
- 現在開いているページがナビゲーションで分かるようになりました。
- The navigation now shows which page you are on.
- スマートフォンではヘッダーを整理し、ナビゲーションを横スクロールする1行にまとめました。
- On phones the header was tidied up and the navigation became a single row that scrolls sideways.
- iPhoneのSafariで、画面下部の表示が隠れてしまう問題を修正しました。
- Fixed content being hidden at the bottom of the screen in Safari on iPhone.

おみくじを改善
Improved Omikuji
- 日付が変わると結果が自動で切り替わるようになりました。他の画面から戻ってきたときも日付を確認します。
- The result now changes over on its own when the date changes, and the date is rechecked when you come back to the page.
- 血液型と星座を保存できなかった場合に、その旨をお知らせするようにしました。結果はそのまま利用できます。
- If the blood type and zodiac sign could not be saved, the page now says so. The result still works either way.
- 選択欄と結果に読み上げ用の情報を追加し、スクリーンリーダーでも扱いやすくしました。
- Added screen-reader information to the choices and the result so they are easier to work with.
- 選択をやり直すボタンの文言を「血液型・星座を変更する」に変更しました。
- Renamed the button for changing your choices to make its effect clearer.

「今日の運勢みくじ」を追加
Added the daily fortune (Omikuji)
- おみくじのページを追加しました。血液型と星座を選ぶと、恋愛運・仕事運・金運・健康運とラッキーカラーが表示されます。
- Added the Omikuji page. Choose a blood type and a zodiac sign to see readings for love, work, money, and health, plus a lucky colour.
- 選んだ血液型と星座はブラウザに保存され、次に開いたときはそのまま結果が表示されます。
- Your chosen blood type and zodiac sign are stored in the browser, so the result is there again next time you open the page.
- Homeと各ページのナビゲーションから、おみくじへ移動できるようにしました。
- Made Omikuji reachable from the home page and from the navigation on every page.
- ページ内に直接書いていたスクリプトと装飾を別ファイルへ分け、サイトのセキュリティ設定のもとで正しく動くようにしました。
- Moved the script and styling out of the page itself into separate files so they work under the site's security settings.

Reframed the home page around app development
- Homeから小説（カクヨム）の紹介を外し、アプリ制作を中心とした構成に変更しました。
- Removed the novel (Kakuyomu) section from the home page and reframed it around app development.
- Home上部のカクヨムへのボタンと、「小説 / Novels」の紹介カードを削除しました。
- Removed the Kakuyomu button near the top of the home page and the Novels card below it.
- サイトの紹介文を「アプリ制作と小説制作の個人プロジェクト」から「アプリ制作の個人プロジェクト」に変更しました。
- Changed the site description from a personal project for apps and novels to a personal project for apps.

404ページと配信時のセキュリティ設定を追加
Added a not-found page and security settings for delivery
- 存在しないURLを開いたときに表示される案内ページを追加しました。
- Added a page that explains what happened when a URL does not exist.
- 配信時のセキュリティ設定を追加しました。外部からの読み込みや埋め込みを制限し、カメラ・マイク・位置情報は使用しない設定にしています。
- Added security settings for delivery: outside resources and embedding are restricted, and camera, microphone, and location are all switched off.
- プライバシーポリシーに「サイトの設定保存」と「ホスティングについて」を追加し、広告表示とアクセス解析を行っていないことを明記しました。
- Added sections on stored settings and hosting to the privacy policy, and stated that no advertising or analytics is used.
- 利用規約に「免責事項」と「規約の変更」を追加しました。

司乃プロジェクト公式サイトを公開
Published the Shino Project website
- 公式サイトを公開しました。Home、プライバシーポリシー、利用規約、ライセンス・権利表記、サポートの5ページを用意しました。
- Published the website with five pages: home, privacy policy, terms of use, licenses and credits, and support.
- 日本語と英語を切り替えられるようにしました。
- Added a switch between Japanese and English.
- Light（明るい表示）とDark（暗い表示）を切り替えられるようにしました。
- Added a switch between a light and a dark appearance.
- 選んだ言語と表示テーマはブラウザに保存され、次に開いたときも同じ設定で表示されます。
- The chosen language and appearance are stored in the browser, so the site opens the same way next time.
