司乃リョウジ（司乃）は、日本在住の個人開発者・創作者です。小説、個人アプリ、ローカルAI、音楽生成、ゲーム、静的サイトを横断し、アイデアを実際に使える作品や道具として形にしています。
I am Ryoji Shino (Shino), an independent developer and creator based in Japan. I work across fiction, personal apps, local AI, music generation, games, and static websites, turning ideas into works and tools that can be put to practical use.
制作について
What I Make
2022年頃に画像生成AIに触れたことをきっかけに、ローカルLLM、Whisperによる音声認識、音声対話、AIエージェントへ関心と制作範囲を広げてきました。現在は、手元で動くツールと創作活動の両方に取り組んでいます。
After first exploring image-generation AI around 2022, I expanded into local LLMs, speech recognition with Whisper, voice interaction, and AI agents. Today I work on both locally run tools and creative projects.

AIとの関わり方
Working with AI
AIは「万能の先生」ではなく、制作を支える道具・相棒・実務パートナーとして扱っています。
I do not see AI as an all-knowing teacher, but as a tool, partner, and practical collaborator that supports the creative process.
- 出力は検討材料として受け取り、根拠を確認して最終判断は自分で行う。
- Treat outputs as material to review, check the basis, and make the final decision myself.
- 用途に応じてローカル環境と外部サービスを使い分け、記録や音声の扱いは必要な範囲に絞る。
- Choose local tools or external services according to the task, while limiting the handling of records and audio to what is necessary.
- 不明なことは不明なまま示し、推測と確認できた事実を分ける。
- State what remains unknown, and keep assumptions separate from verified facts.
大切にしていること
How I Work
一度で完璧を目指すより、範囲を絞って試し、観察し、修正して確認するサイクルを重視しています。既存の資産や意図を壊さず、無秩序に広げないことが、継続的な制作の基準です。
Rather than trying to make everything perfect in one pass, I keep the scope clear, try a small change, observe it, adjust it, and verify the result. Preserving existing work and intent, without uncontrolled expansion, is a core part of how I continue building.
