適用範囲

Scope

本規約は、司乃プロジェクトが公開するWebサイト、アプリ、その他の制作物の利用に適用されます。個別のアプリ・作品について別途の利用条件またはライセンスが定められている場合は、その条件が優先されます。

These terms apply to the use of the website, apps, and other works published by Shino Project. Where an individual app or work has its own separate terms of use or license, those conditions take precedence.

About the Services

司乃プロジェクトのアプリ、サイト、作品は個人制作物として提供しています。継続的な改善に努めますが、すべての環境で完全な動作を保証するものではありません。

Shino Project apps, website, and works are provided as personal creations. We try to improve them over time, but cannot guarantee perfect operation in every environment.

現状有姿での提供

Provided As Is

アプリやサイトは現状有姿で提供されます。不具合や表示の問題が見つかった場合は、個人制作物として可能な範囲で対応します。

Apps and the website are provided as is. If bugs or display issues are reported, we will respond within a reasonable scope as an individual project.

データとバックアップ

Data and Backups

端末内のデータ、バックアップファイル、エクスポートファイルの管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。機種変更、削除、端末故障などに備えて、必要に応じてバックアップを保存してください。

Users are responsible for managing local data, backup files, and exported files. Please keep backups when needed, especially before changing devices, deleting data, or repairing a device.

知的財産・ライセンス

Intellectual Property and Licenses

このサイト、アプリ、作品に含まれる文章、画像、コードなどの権利は、原則として司乃プロジェクトまたは各権利者に帰属します。個別にライセンス表記があるコード、ライブラリ、素材などについては、その表記の条件に従ってご利用ください。詳細はLicensesページ、または各作品の表記をご確認ください。

Rights to the text, images, and code included in this site, its apps, and its works generally belong to Shino Project or to the respective rights holders. Code, libraries, and materials that carry their own license notice may be used under the conditions of that notice. For details, see the Licenses page or the notice included with each work.
